I found this reciepe in one of my many cookbooks. And almost didnt want to try on my family. But it was a good thing i did. They enjoyed it.

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1\2 teaspoon salt
- 3\4 teaspoons paprika
- 1\8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 large chicken, cut up
How To Make chicken in lemon butter

Step 1Combine all of the ingredients except chicken in a large skeillet and mix well. Add chicken pieces and bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 30 minutes, or until chicken is tender, turning pieces occaisonally. Romove the lid and allow the liquid to reduce to a sauce.
