Ingredients
- 16 ounces chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless, cut into bite size pieces ( boneless thighs are also good)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups brown rice, cooked
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium
- 3 teaspoons chinese five spice powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
How To Make chicken fried rice

Step 1Heat oil in medium skillet.

Step 2Add chicken and cook over medium heat until cooked through and juices run clear.

Step 3Add Brown rice, spices, 5 spice, soy sauce, and peas, heat for 2-4 mins.

Step 4Add pinapple and allow to heat through.
