  • 4 medium
    chicken breast filets
  • 1 1/2 c
    low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 c
    onions chopped
  • 1/2 c
    roasted red peppers chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic paste
  • 1 box
    fettuccine pasta partially cooked
  • 1/2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 c
    white wine

How to Make Chicken Fetticcini


  1. cook pasta until almost done, save water.
  2. Chop onion, roasted red peppers, & chicken add to a large skillet coated with 2 tbs olive oil, cook until chicken and onions are done, add garlic and Italian seasoning add chicken broth and wine let simmer for approx. 20 minutes
  3. add fetticcini to chicken mixture if there is not enough broth add pasta water 1/2 cup at a time let simmer for 20 miniutes. Let set 10 minutes Then serve.
