Ingredients
- 2 packages pounds heb chicken fajitas thighs
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
How To Make chicken fajitas

Step 1marinate the meat 24 hours before cooking

Step 2Grill low and slow careful not to burn the meat. We like to grill with Oak Wood and we use used cooking grease for "firing up" the wood/charcoal in the beginning. We do not use any chemicals to start our fire.

Step 3Maintain a constant temp around 300/325 degrees. I usually have the meat on top of foil off to the side for 30-45 minutes and then place each piece over the coals to brown for a few minutes. Browning the meat is essential in creating the flavor of grilled chicken.

Step 4Once the chicken is done bring inside and let it set for 10-15 minutes to rest before slicing.

Step 5At this point we have Guacamole, cheese, sour cream, stir fried veggies ( bell peppers, onions, garlic) and Jalapenos for toppings. The sky is the limit!

Step 6Assemble on top of soft hot tortillas and enjoy.
