- 1 large onion, sliced 1/2"
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon blk pepper
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 5 cups whole milk
- 1 package penne pasta....4 cups
- 2 cups pepper jack cheese

Step 1IN A LARGE PAN HEAT UP OLIVE OIL COOK CHICKEN UNTIL THERE IS NO MORE PINK...TURN OCCASIONALLY....REMOVE FROM PAN N SET ASIDE

Step 2ADD PEPPERS N ONIONS TO PAN WITH WATEVER LIQUID WAS LEFT IN PAN FROM CHICKEN...SAUTÉ UNTIL ONIONS R TRANSLUCENT.....THEN ADD BACK CHICKEN

Step 3ADD SALT N PEPPER, CUMIN, CHILI POWDER N GARLIC POWDER....MIX TO COMBINE :)

Step 4POUR IN MILK N ADD PASTA N MIX TO COMBINE.....COOK FOR 20 MIN OR UNTIL PASTA IS COOKD.....THEN MIX IN CHEESE. ONCE MELTD ITS TIME TO ENJOY!
