Ingredients For chicken fajita pasta

    boneless chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
  • 3 lg
    peppers, different colors n sliced
  • 1 lg
    onion, sliced 1/2"
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    blk pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    cumin
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 5 c
    whole milk
  • 1 pkg
    penne pasta....4 cups
  • 2 c
    pepper jack cheese

    IN A LARGE PAN HEAT UP OLIVE OIL COOK CHICKEN UNTIL THERE IS NO MORE PINK...TURN OCCASIONALLY....REMOVE FROM PAN N SET ASIDE

    ADD PEPPERS N ONIONS TO PAN WITH WATEVER LIQUID WAS LEFT IN PAN FROM CHICKEN...SAUTÉ UNTIL ONIONS R TRANSLUCENT.....THEN ADD BACK CHICKEN

    ADD SALT N PEPPER, CUMIN, CHILI POWDER N GARLIC POWDER....MIX TO COMBINE :)

    POUR IN MILK N ADD PASTA N MIX TO COMBINE.....COOK FOR 20 MIN OR UNTIL PASTA IS COOKD.....THEN MIX IN CHEESE. ONCE MELTD ITS TIME TO ENJOY!
