Ingredients

  • 3 large boneless chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
  • 3 large peppers, different colors n sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced 1/2"
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon blk pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 5 cups whole milk
  • 1 package penne pasta....4 cups
  • 2 cups pepper jack cheese

How To Make chicken fajita pasta

  • Step 1
    IN A LARGE PAN HEAT UP OLIVE OIL COOK CHICKEN UNTIL THERE IS NO MORE PINK...TURN OCCASIONALLY....REMOVE FROM PAN N SET ASIDE
  • Step 2
    ADD PEPPERS N ONIONS TO PAN WITH WATEVER LIQUID WAS LEFT IN PAN FROM CHICKEN...SAUTÉ UNTIL ONIONS R TRANSLUCENT.....THEN ADD BACK CHICKEN
  • Step 3
    ADD SALT N PEPPER, CUMIN, CHILI POWDER N GARLIC POWDER....MIX TO COMBINE :)
  • Step 4
    POUR IN MILK N ADD PASTA N MIX TO COMBINE.....COOK FOR 20 MIN OR UNTIL PASTA IS COOKD.....THEN MIX IN CHEESE. ONCE MELTD ITS TIME TO ENJOY!
