I recieved this recipe from a neighbor while stationed in the Republic of Panama Back in the 1980's. It's a easy economical recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 - chicken, cooked and deboned
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 4 ounces can diced green chili's
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup sour cream
How To Make chicken enchiladas

Step 1Saute: Onion and green chilies.

Step 2Mix: Onion, chilies, cream of chicken soup, water and sour cream.

Step 3Bake: Put layer of chicken in 9x13 in pan. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Grate cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 4Serve: Over tortilla chips.
