Ingredients
- 3 - chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1/2 - onion, chopped
- 3 - cans of chicken broth
- 1 - can cheddar cheese soup
- 3 - cloves of garlic minced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 - can of corn, undrainned
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- - salt & pepper to taste
- - italian seasoning
- DUMPLINGS
- 2 cups bisquick
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 - heaping tsp of italian seasoning
How To Make chicken & dumplings with a twist

Step 1In a lg pot, add chicken & chicken stock, seasonings. When no longer pink, add veggies & soup ****I had some leftover stuffing & potatoes that I threw in the pot. Thicken with corn starch. Cook for about 10-15 minutes.

Step 2Combine all ingredients for the dumplings. Turn temp down to a low boil. By tbsp, drop dough in pot. Cover and cook 10 minutes.
