Ingredients
- 10 ounces can of cream of chicken soup
- 10 ounces can of fiesta nacho cheese
- 5 ounces can of evaporated milk
- 15 ounces can of french-style green beans, drained
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
- 2 cups cooked, chicken breasts
- 1 - sweet red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 - ribs of celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chow mein noodles
- 3 ounces can fried onion rings

Step 1COMBINE SOUP, FIESTA NACHO CHEESE AND EVAPORATED MILK MIX WELL.

Step 2FOLD IN DRAINED GREEN BEANS, COOKED CHICKEN, CHICKEN BOUILLON, BELL PEPPER, CELERY, ONION, NOODLES AND 1/2 TEA SPOON EACH SALT AND PEPPER.

Step 3SPOON INTO BUTTERED 9X13-INCH (23X33CM) BAKING DISH.

Step 4BAKE COVERED AT 350 DEGREES FOR 35 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND SPRINKLE ONION RINGS OVER CASSEROLE.

Step 5PLACE BACK IN OVEN AND BAKE ANOTHER 10 MINUTES.

Step 6I ONLY USED 1/2 OF THE BELL PEPPER IT IS JUST A PREFERENCE. I USED A LARGE ROUND CASSEROLE DISH JUST MAKE SURE THAT YOU BUTTER THE DISH REALLY WELL SO THAT IT IS EASIER TO CLEAN THE DISH AFTERWARDS.
