chicken diable ( i call it easy chicken)
This is one of my great Aunt Elma's recipe that was handed down to me from My Aunt Robin. Some of the old family recipes are the best. Boneless breasts make a good company dish. (I take off the skin and fat before cooking.)

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 - chicken, cut-up, or 4 chicken breasts
How To Make chicken diable ( i call it easy chicken)

Step 1In a 9x9-in. glass baking dish, combine melted margarine, mustard, curry powder, honey and salt. Dredge chicken pieces in sauce in same dish.

Step 2Bake at 375 degrees for one hour. Baste every 15 minutes.
