chicken club wedge
Where I live we have these sandwiches at Foxes Pizza Shops that are called Wedges. They are sandwiches made out of Pizza crusts. We love them and I am not sure if it is just local or not, but they are delicious. I love chicken clubs and when I make these usually on a Saturday or Sunday for the football games everyone loves them. You can decide what you want on them, this is just what we eat on them.

- 1/2 cup shredded asiago cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing

How To Make chicken club wedge
-
Step 1Spread your dough into a pizza pan and cook as you would for a pizza but do not let it get completly over cooked about 10 minutes in a 350 oven.
-
Step 2Take it out of the oven and using a pizza cutter or sharp knife cut it into quarters so the you have four even pieces
-
Step 3Remove two of the pieces and set aside.
-
Step 4On the two remaining pieces that are on the baking sheet or stone, place 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese on each piece. Next layer the chicken, the asiago cheese and the crumbled bacon. Put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
-
Step 5Slather the other two wedges with ranch dressing.
-
Step 6When you remove from the oven add your lettuce, tomato, and onion or whatever toppings you desire. Put the wedges with the ranch dressing on top and eat!
-
Step 7If this is to much for one person cut them in half again.
