How To Make chicken chow mein ramen style
-
Step 1Basically you can add any vegetables you like. Even corn! You'll need a big wok to get started. Get your wok on...
-
Step 2Start by adding 1 T oil to hot wok. Cube or slice your chicken breast. Then saute your chicken and cook thoroughly.
-
Step 3Once chicken is cooked add your soy sauce, a little of the water, like a couple of tablespoons, the garlic, and ginger and seasoning packet from the "oriental" flavored ramen noodles. Then add your veggies.
-
Step 4Once veggies are barely tender, you want to add the rest of the water and the actual ramen noodles to the wok. Put the noodles in the liquid and cover with the veggies so that they will cook better. You don't want your noodles getting to soft though.
