Costco makes the best rotisserie chicken. This is one of our favorite summer time meals. No cooking! Quick and easy.

How to Make Chicken Caesar Tortilla Wraps

Step-by-Step

  1. I love to use a Costco rotisserie chicken, just cube up the white meat.
  2. Slightly warm tortillas so you can fold them easier.
  3. Spread salad dressing on flour torts. Layer chicken and Romane lettuce. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over all. Add fresh black pepper. Fold top down, bring sides in (try to form a funnel shape).
  4. Slice wraps in half. Enjoy with fresh fruit, chips, or a light soup.
