This is so good and easy. Put it on in the morning before going to work and it's ready when you get home. Simply cook the spaghetti, add a salad and some garlic bread and enjoy. I love to use my crock pot even now that I've retired.

chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless

15-oz. chicken broth
2 can(s)
14-1/2 oz. diced italian tomatoes
4 c
mushrooms, fresh, cut in half
2 large
onions, chopped
1 tsp
garlic powder

How to Make Chicken Cacciatore (Crock Pot)


  • 1Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into serving size pieces and place in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Place lid on and cook on low 7-8 hours or on high 4-5 hours.
  • 2Serve over Hot buttered spaghetti.
    Serve with Grated Parmesan Cheese.
