Ingredients

  • 2 pkg
    chicken (4 or 5 pieces each
  • 1 small
    can peeled tomatoes
  • 1 medium
    red bell pepper ssliced
  • 1 medium
    onion chopped
  • 1/2 c
    red or white wine
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • ·
    salt,pepper,garlic powder to taste
  • DELICIOUS !

How to Make chicken cacciatore

Step-by-Step

  1. take skin off chicken. wash and pat dry with paper towel. in a large frying pan, heat olive oil . brown chicken on all sides .
  2. add chopped onion. add wine and let evaporate it . add pepper slices. put peeled tomatoes in blender and chop. then add to pan. let it cook at medium heat , for 35 to 40 minutes or until done .
  3. serve with garlic bread and pasta . enjoy !
