This is very easy and yummy to make. Makes great left-overs too! I hadn't made this in forever since my husband became gluten intolerant but since we found good GF pasta I was able to make it tonight along with using Lactaid so my husband could eat it too. It still tasted good!!

Ingredients

  • 3-4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 box angel hair pasta
  • 1 package frozen broccoli
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • - pepper

How To Make chicken & broccoli alfredo

  • Step 1
    Par-boil chicken breasts. Cube and add to large saucepan.
  • Step 2
    Cook pasta and broccoli together. Drain and add to large saucepan.
  • Step 3
    Add mushroom soup, milk, parmesan cheese and pepper to the pasta and chicken. Stir well and warm for 5-10 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Enjoy!!
