This is very easy and yummy to make. Makes great left-overs too!

I hadn't made this in forever since my husband became gluten intolerant but since we found good GF pasta I was able to make it tonight along with using Lactaid so my husband could eat it too. It still tasted good!!

Ingredients

3-4
boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 box
angel hair pasta
1 pkg
frozen broccoli
2 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 c
milk
1 c
shredded parmesan cheese
pepper

How to Make Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo

Step-by-Step

  • 1Par-boil chicken breasts. Cube and add to large saucepan.
  • 2Cook pasta and broccoli together. Drain and add to large saucepan.
  • 3Add mushroom soup, milk, parmesan cheese and pepper to the pasta and chicken. Stir well and warm for 5-10 minutes.
  • 4Enjoy!!
