This is very easy and yummy to make. Makes great left-overs too!

I hadn't made this in forever since my husband became gluten intolerant but since we found good GF pasta I was able to make it tonight along with using Lactaid so my husband could eat it too. It still tasted good!!

  • 3-4
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 box
    angel hair pasta
  • 1 pkg
    frozen broccoli
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
    shredded parmesan cheese

How to Make Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo


  1. Par-boil chicken breasts. Cube and add to large saucepan.
  2. Cook pasta and broccoli together. Drain and add to large saucepan.
  3. Add mushroom soup, milk, parmesan cheese and pepper to the pasta and chicken. Stir well and warm for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!!
