Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo
I hadn't made this in forever since my husband became gluten intolerant but since we found good GF pasta I was able to make it tonight along with using Lactaid so my husband could eat it too. It still tasted good!!
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 box
- angel hair pasta
- 1 pkg
- frozen broccoli
- 2 can(s)
- cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c
- 1 c
- shredded parmesan cheese
How to Make Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo
- 1Par-boil chicken breasts. Cube and add to large saucepan.
- 2Cook pasta and broccoli together. Drain and add to large saucepan.
- 3Add mushroom soup, milk, parmesan cheese and pepper to the pasta and chicken. Stir well and warm for 5-10 minutes.
