Ingredients
- 2 1/4 pounds breast boneless skinless ckicken
- taste ounce salt & pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 tablespoons shallots chopped
- 4 teaspoons garlic
- 4 teaspoons tarragon
- 28 ounces plum tomatoes chopped
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup capers drained
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
How To Make chicken breast w tomatoes and capers

Step 1sprinkle chicken with salt & pepper

Step 2heat oil & butter and brown breast

Step 3add shallots & garlic - saute then add tarragon, tomatoes, vinegar,capers wine and paste. dissolve bottom gradueaux

Step 4blend, bring to boil, cover and simmer for 9 minutes sprinkle with parsley serve
