- 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon dried italian seasoning
- 1-1/3 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup low-sugar apricot preserves
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
How To Make chicken apricot

Step 1Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Sprinkle chicken w/ italian seasonings. Add chicken to skillet.

Step 2Cook, turning once, until no longer pink inside, about 15 mins. In a bowl, stir together remaining ingredients until blended.

Step 3Add remaining ingredients to skillet. Cook until sauce is thickened, about 4m mins.
