Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup plain lowfat yogart
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cups golden delicious apples (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 pound boneless,skinless chicken breast,cooked and diced
  • 1 cup celery,diced
  • 3/4 cup chopped unsalted peanuts
  • 8 - lettuce leaves
  • 4 large pita pockets breads,halved

How To Make chicken-apple stuffed pita

  • Step 1
    Combine yogurt,mayonnaise and honey in a small bowl.Set aside
  • Step 2
    Mix apples with lime juice in large bowl;add chicken,celery,and peanuts. Fold yogurt mixture into apple mixture.
  • Step 3
    To serve:Place 1 lettuce leaf in each pita half;fill with chicken mixture and serve.
