This is a quick and good tasting dish. It is nice served with warm whole wheat rolls. I really don't remember where I got this one from, but I enjoy it. Hope your family does too.

Ingredients
- 4 - bone-in, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 large peeled sweet potatoes cut into large chuncks
- 2 cups fresh cut green beans
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon fresh, minced, parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary, dried
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme, dried
How To Make chicken and veggies

Step 1Cook chicken in skillet until brown, turn and brown other side. Add green beans and sweet potatoes.

Step 2Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over chicken and veggies in skillet.

Step 3Bring to a boil. Reduce heat - cover - simmer over low heat for 20 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked.
