Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breasts, skinless
- - vegetables of choice, cut up
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce
- 4 - garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- - herbs of choice
How To Make chicken and vegetables

Step 1Put vegetables in bottom of crock pot and chicken on top; Add a small amount of liquid (1/4 cup to 1/2 cup, more if needed).

Step 2Add garlic, salt, worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste.

Step 3Cook on low about 8 hours.

Step 4Adjust seasonings as necessary.

Step 5Serve with quinoa, rice or a nice side salad
