Ingredients

  • 4
    chicken breasts, skinless
  • ·
    vegetables of choice, cut up
  • 1 dash(es)
    worcestershire sauce
  • 4
    garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • ·
    herbs of choice

How to Make Chicken and Vegetables

Step-by-Step

  1. Put vegetables in bottom of crock pot and chicken on top; Add a small amount of liquid (1/4 cup to 1/2 cup, more if needed).
  2. Add garlic, salt, worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook on low about 8 hours.
  4. Adjust seasonings as necessary.
  5. Serve with quinoa, rice or a nice side salad
