Slow Cooker Crock Pot
chicken breasts, skinless
vegetables of choice, cut up
How to Make Chicken and Vegetables
1Put vegetables in bottom of crock pot and chicken on top; Add a small amount of liquid (1/4 cup to 1/2 cup, more if needed).
2Add garlic, salt, worcestershire sauce and pepper to taste.
3Cook on low about 8 hours.
4Adjust seasonings as necessary.
5Serve with quinoa, rice or a nice side salad
