This tastes good, looks good and is easy to make. It is especially good if prepared a day ahead and reheated prior to serving.

Ingredients

  • 4
    whole boneless chicken breasts, split
  • ·
    oil or butter for browning chicken
  • 1 c
    orange juice
  • 1 c
    white wine
  • 1 small
    can pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    clove, ground
  • 1/2 c
    raisins or crasins
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar

How to Make CHICKEN AND PINEAPPLE

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown chicken in oil or butter.
  2. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over browned chicken in baking dish,
  3. Cover dish with foil or lid and bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
