chicken and pineapple
This dish was prepared by Carol Daly for the December 2015 get together with the Curious Cuisiners. This tastes good, looks good and is easy to make. It is especially good if prepared a day ahead and reheated prior to serving.

Ingredients
- 4 - whole boneless chicken breasts, split
- - oil or butter for browning chicken
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 small can pineapple chunks
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon clove, ground
- 1/2 cup raisins or crasins
- 2 tablespoons sugar
How To Make chicken and pineapple

Step 1Brown chicken in oil or butter.

Step 2Mix all other ingredients together and pour over browned chicken in baking dish,

Step 3Cover dish with foil or lid and bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
