Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    chicken, cooked and diced
  • 2 Tbsp
    diced celery
  • 1 Tbsp
    diced onion
  • 4 oz
    peaches, diced and drained
  • 1 Tbsp
    almonds, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    salad dressing (mayo)
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 5/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 5/8 tsp
    salt
  • ·
    croissants

How to Make Chicken and Peach Salad Croissant

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine sour cream, salad dressing, spices, celery and onion.
  2. Add to chicken and stir well.
  3. Add almonds, then gently fold in peaches, being careful not to mash them up.
  4. Chill until ready to serve.
  5. NOTE: Recipe may be doubled and more, to serve more than one person.
