Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup wine, white, dry
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 cups chicken, cooked and diced
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 pound spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- - salt and pepper
How To Make chicken and pasta bake

Step 1In large frying pan melt butter and cook mushrooms until tender. Add white wine and lemon juice and continue cooking until liquid evaporates.

Step 2Place mushrooms in a large mixing bowl and combine chicken, soup, and sour cream. Add spaghetti and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste

Step 3Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place chicken and pasta mix in 13x9x2 baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake about 35 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
