Chicken Alfredo with a Cream Cheese Sauce.

- "knorr pasta sides"
- 6 oz
- button mushroom,sliced.
- 3 c
- chicken stock, no salt
- 1 c
- whole milk
- 3 Tbsp
- real butter
- 4 oz
- cream cheese, room temperature,cubed
- 2 c
- cooked chicken
- 4 oz
- each chedder cheese & jack cheese,shredded
How to Make Chicken Alfredo with a Cream Cheese Sauce.
- 1In a large saucs pan ,add chicken stock,milk,and butter..Bring to a low boil,stering all the time. Do not walk away. Milk will boil over if not stired.
Once butter has melted. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Add 2 packages of pasta sides.Lower heat to med-high. Continue stiring for 5-6 min.
- 2Now add chicken and mushrooms cook 2 more min. Stiring. Add cream cheese one cube at a time. Stir to mix. Add the rest of the cream cheese stir till cheese melts. Add chedder and jack cheese. Stir till cheese melts. Remove pan from heat and let sit 2-3 minutes. stir . We served this over mashed potatoes.
