- 1 cup milk (whole or skim)
- 1/2 cup parmesean cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced (more garlic ok)
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken , cut small or shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chpd
