  • 1 cup lite cream ( half n half)
  • 1 cup milk (whole or skim)
  • 1/2 cup parmesean cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced (more garlic ok)
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken , cut small or shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chpd
  • - s & p to taste

    HEAT UP 2 TABLSP OF OLIVE OIL IN SAUCEPAN N ADD GARLIC TIL JUST TURN COLOR. MIX IN FLOUR N COOK FOR A MINUTE. ADD CREAM N MILK N STIR JUST TILL BOILN POINT...AT THIS TIME MIXTURE WILL THICKN. STIR IN PARM CHEESE. SET ASIDE
  • Step 2
    COOK PASTA N DRAIN POUR ALFREDO MIXTURE ONTOP OF PASTA N ADD CHICKEN N PARSLEY.
  • Step 3
    ADD MORE PARM CHEESE N RED PEPPER FLAKES IF DESIRED... SERVE UP....ENJOY :)
