Ingredients
- 4 - boneless skinless whole chicken breasts
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cheddar/jack cheese
- 2/3 cup cubed velveeta
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced - or - 3 cloves
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 3 1/2 cups large potatoes, peeled and sliced
How To Make cheesy potatoes & chicken

Step 1In a slow cooker, combine the milk, butter, cheeses, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and potatoes. Stir to combine.

Step 2Place the chicken breasts on top of potato mixture.

Step 3Cook on LO setting for 6 hours. Add cornstarch if cheese sauce is too thin.
