This was a complete mistake when I first made it, and now it is a quick favorite for the whole family. My kids absolutely go NUTS over it.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    chicken ramin noodles
  • 1 small
    package frozen broccoli
  • 1 medium
    cooked chicken breast cut in small pieces
  • 1 can(s)
    chicken broth
  • 1 oz
    velveta cheese cubed (to your cheesy taste)

How to Make Cheesy chicken forest

Step-by-Step

  1. cook the ramin noodles in the chicken broth saving the seasoning packet for other uses.( I use low sodium broth) when the noodles are done, add the velveta cheese stirring til melted and sauce forms.
  2. Steam the broccoli or buy the steam in a bag and when fork tender add to the ramin noodles along with chicken. You may have to add a couple tablespoons of milk to maintain the sauce.
