Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 bunches broccoli
- 1 package sliced mushrooms
- 1 - onion
- 1/2 pound velvetta
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1 package saltine crackers
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 - eggs beaten
How To Make cheesy chicken/broccoli/mushroom casserole

Step 1Chop chicken, broccoli, onion, garlic and grate the velvetta and set aside. Crush the tube of crackers very fine and set aside for later.

Step 2Melt 1 stick oleo in skillet and add chicken. Cook until almost done then add the onion, garlic, mushrooms, and broccoli. Cook this about 10 minutes, then pour into a large casserole dish.

Step 3In bowl, mix the velvetta that has been grated, the mushroom soup and the 2 eggs beaten and mix. Pour this mixture over the mean and veggies in your casserole and smooth the top.

Step 4Melt the second stick of oleo and pour over the dish then top with the cracker crumbs evenly to make a crust. Bake at 375 for about 1 hour or until toasty brown on top.
