cheesy chicken broccoli bake
A simple take on dressing and chicken, this one pan dish couldn't be easier. Great for a weeknight dinner, it's also a great way to get the kids to eat their veggies.

Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken, deboned save the juice from the chicken.
- 3-4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bag seasoned salad croutons, i used garlic cheese flavor
- 1/2 each of a red and yellow sweet pepper, diced
- 1/2 pound velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup french fried onions
How To Make cheesy chicken broccoli bake

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a 9x13 pan with aluminum foil and spray with non stick spray.

Step 2put chopped chicken, broccoli, peppers, croutons and velveeta cheese in 9x13 pan. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3In a separate bowl, mix broth from chicken with enough water to make a cup., mix in soups, milk and seasonings. Pour over chicken and veggies.

Step 4Sprinkle fried onions and cheddar cheese on top.

Step 5Bake uncovered for 30 minutes until bubbly.
