4boneless chicken breasts
1--10 oz. pkgsharp cheddar cheese
3 cseasoned bread crumbs
1 cchicken bouillon
1/2 conion, chopped
1/2 cgreen pepper, chopped
1 tspseasoned salt
2 cwhite rice, cooked
1 cwild rice, cooked
How to Make Cheesy Chicken Breasts
- Cut chicken breasts in half. Flatten each.
Cut cheese into 8 eaqual sticks.
Roll each chicken breast around a stick of cheese.
- Dip in egg and breadcrumbs.
Brown in 1/4 cup of margerine.
Cook onion and green pepper in 1/4 cup of margerine until tender.
- Add boullion, flour and seasonings.
Cook until thickened.
Add rice and mushrooms.
Pour into a shallow casserole.
- Top with chicken breasts.
Bake in preheated oven at 400' for 25 minutes.
