Ingredients
- 4 - boneless chicken breasts
- 1--10 oz. package sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 cups seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup margerine
- 2 - eggs,beaten
- 1 cup chicken bouillon
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 2 cups white rice, cooked
- 1 cup wild rice, cooked
- 6--oz. jars mushrooms,sliced
How To Make cheesy chicken breasts

Step 1Cut chicken breasts in half. Flatten each. Cut cheese into 8 eaqual sticks. Roll each chicken breast around a stick of cheese.

Step 2Dip in egg and breadcrumbs. Brown in 1/4 cup of margerine. Set aside. Cook onion and green pepper in 1/4 cup of margerine until tender.

Step 3Add boullion, flour and seasonings. Cook until thickened. Add rice and mushrooms. Pour into a shallow casserole.

Step 4Top with chicken breasts. Bake in preheated oven at 400' for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
