Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked spiral pasta
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 pound chicken ground
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 jar 26 ounce spaghetti sauce or your home made
- 2 cups sliced white or crememi mushrooms
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, cubed
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella chees
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make cheesy chicken and pork pasta

Step 1Cook pasta according to directions..In large pot cook the ground pork til no longer pink set aside until you cook the chicken. return pork to pot and add the spaghetti sauce and mushrooms, add the onions and garlic and simmer covered for 20 minutes.

Step 2Place 1/2 cup meat sauce into greased casserole, drain pasta..put 1/2 over sauce, top with remaining half of meat sauce, spread with sour cream top with cheddar cheese and remaining pasta and meat sauce.sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese and bake 350F covered for 25 to 30 minutes, uncover an bake for further 5 to 10 minutes or until bubbly....I have frozen any leftovers.
