uncooked spiral pasta
1 lb
ground pork
1 lb
chicken ground
2 medium
onions, chopped

garlic minced

26 ounce spaghetti sauce or your home made
2 c
sliced white or crememi mushrooms
1/2 c
sour cream
2 c
cheddar cheese, cubed
2 c
shredded mozzarella chees
1/2 c
grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Cheesy Chicken and Pork Pasta


  • 1Cook pasta according to directions..In large pot cook the ground pork til no longer pink set aside until you cook the chicken. return pork to pot and add the spaghetti sauce and mushrooms, add the onions and garlic and simmer covered for 20 minutes.
  • 2Place 1/2 cup meat sauce into greased casserole, drain pasta..put 1/2 over sauce, top with remaining half of meat sauce, spread with sour cream top with cheddar cheese and remaining pasta and meat sauce.sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan cheese and bake 350F covered for 25 to 30 minutes, uncover an bake for further 5 to 10 minutes or until bubbly....I have frozen any leftovers.
