This is one of my favorite recipes because it is so easy, it almost makes itself! There is so little to do, you have time to sit down and drink a glass of wine while you are waiting on it to bake. There are so many ways you can change this recipe without really changing it, depending on your mood at the time!

Ingredients
- 4 - boneless chicken breasts
- 4 - trinagles of laughing cow cheese, your favorite flavor
- - cooking spray
- - coating of choice (if desired)
- - wing sauce (if desired)
How To Make cheese stuffed chicken breasts

Step 1Wash and pat dry the four chicken breasts.

Step 2Flatten slightly with meat mallet.

Step 3Spread a Laughing cow cheese triangle (whichever flavor you enjoy most) I like the Chipolte flavor best.

Step 4Roll each breast tightly and place seam side down in lightly greased baking dish.

Step 5Flavor with salt and pepper. Add a coating of bread crumbs, corn flakes or other coating if desired. Add wing sauce after baking if desired for another twist on this recipe.

Step 6Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until juices run clear when pricked with a fork, and enjoy!
