I was experimenting one night, I wanted to make a chicken casserole, but I didn't want it to be the regular old casserole so I added a few new ingredients.

How to Make Cheddar Chicken Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350*
  2. Brown Chicken in Olive Oil, add seasonings and chopped bell pepper. (I brown the raw chicken and then I pressure cook it with the bell pepper for about 8 minutes at med-low heat full pressure, but that's just to save time.)
  3. Shred chicken and add back to pepper, oil, seasoning mix. Add two cans of soup, mix well.
  4. Add cooked noodles to soup-chicken mix.
  5. Put mix in casserole dish and top with 1/2 cup cheese.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
