Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 tablespoon red curry paste
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1/2 cup unsalted cashews
- 2 - green onions, sliced
How To Make cashew chicken stir-fry

Step 1Heat wok briefly. Add oil, coat sides of wok, then add garlic, curry paste, and chile paste and cook until garlic starts to brown

Step 2Add chicken and raise heat, and cook until chicken is done.

Step 3Add the fish sauce and onion, and stir to blend. Remove from heat, and add cashews.
