3 clove
garlic, peeled and minced
1 Tbsp
red curry paste
1 Tbsp
chili paste
1 lb
chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
2 Tbsp
fish sauce
1/2 c
unsalted cashews
2
green onions, sliced

How to Make Cashew Chicken Stir-fry

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat wok briefly. Add oil, coat sides of wok, then add garlic, curry paste, and chile paste and cook until garlic starts to brown
  • 2Add chicken and raise heat, and cook until chicken is done.
  • 3Add the fish sauce and onion, and stir to blend. Remove from heat, and add cashews.
