How To Make cashew chicken salad

Step 1In medium bowl, Combine all ingredients except cashews and lettuce. Mix thoroughly. Add 1/4 cup cashews, toss lightly. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve on lettuce leaves. Sprinkle each serving with remaining chopped nuts. Makes 4-5 servings.
