paprika
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1-1/2 tsp
salt
1-1/2 tsp
pepper
1-1/2 tsp
onion powder
1-1/2 tsp
dried thyme
1-1/2 tsp
dried oregano
1 tsp
cajun seasoning
1 lb
boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
3 Tbsp
olive oil
2
yellow tomatoes, cut into strips
1/4 c
chopped red onion
1 tsp
minced garlic
1 large
prebaked pizza crust
8 oz
reduced-fat shredded monterey jack cheese
1
4 oz can chopped green chiles.

How to Make Cajun-style chicken pizza

Step-by-Step

  • 1In small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion powder, thyme, oregano, and cajun seasoning. Place chicken in lg bowl and sprinkle paprika mix over chicken, toss to coat evenly.
  • 2Heat lg skillet over high heat. Pour oil into skillet. Cook chicken until fully cooked. About 3-4 mins. In bowl, combine tomatoes, onions, chile peppers and garlic.
  • 3Spread mix over pizza crust. Arrange chicken over tomato mix, top w/ cheese. Bake 10-15 min or until cheese is melted.
