- 6 - chicken cutlets
- 1 cup flour
- 1 stick butter
- 2 - lemons
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- - salt/pepper
How To Make buttery lemon pepper chicken

Step 1Salt and pepper both sides of the cutlets,coat each one in flour.

Step 2In a skillet over med-high heat , add a tablespoon of butter and olive oil...in batches of 2 at a time (don't crowd pan)cook about 2 mins per side, until golden brown and cooked through....

Step 3In a sauce pan...melt the rest of the butter....add the zest of the two lemons, as well as the lemon juice...add the wine and generous amount of pepper, to taste....simmer about 5 mins.

Step 4Serve over pasta and chicken...Delightful
