Buffalo Chicken Salad
2 largeboneless chicken breasts cut in strips
1 Tbspolive oil
1/2 cfranks red hot sauce
4 cleafy greens or romaine lettuce
1/2 smallred onion sliced in half rounds
1 mediumcarrot grated
1 ccheddar cheese grated
·bleu cheese dressing
How to Make Buffalo Chicken Salad
- Cut chicken breasts into strips, season with salt and pepper and add to heated olive oil in a large saute pan. Cook until no longer pink - about 2-3 min per side.
- Add the hot sauce and butter. Cook for about 5 min to reduce sauce.
- Meanwhile wash the greens or lettuce and arrange on plate, scatter the onion, carrot, celery and cheese on the lettuce. Add hot chicken pieces and drizzle with bleu cheese dressing.
