This is a wonderful salad if you love Buffalo Chicken. Much healthier than deep fried wings this salad is easy to put together in just a few minutes and the flavors are amazing.

Ingredients
- 2 large boneless chicken breasts cut in strips
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup franks red hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cups leafy greens or romaine lettuce
- 1/2 small red onion sliced in half rounds
- 1 medium carrot grated
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 cup cheddar cheese grated
- - bleu cheese dressing
How To Make buffalo chicken salad

Step 1Cut chicken breasts into strips, season with salt and pepper and add to heated olive oil in a large saute pan. Cook until no longer pink - about 2-3 min per side.

Step 2Add the hot sauce and butter. Cook for about 5 min to reduce sauce.

Step 3Meanwhile wash the greens or lettuce and arrange on plate, scatter the onion, carrot, celery and cheese on the lettuce. Add hot chicken pieces and drizzle with bleu cheese dressing.
