I know there are alot of Brunswick Stew recipes on JAP but I am adding mine as well. I didn't measure the seasonings as I taste as its cooking and add more seasonings as needed. First time I ever had this stew was in where else but GEORGIA when I was a kid. I was surprised that my Hawaiian husband and son in law asked for seconds but they did in fact son in law took the stew pot with remains of stew in it along with some of Susan's baked hush puppies home. He enjoyed some more of Bea's Opel's chocolate stack cake as well.. all set for his midnight snack! LOL
