    2-1/2 tsp. light brown sugar
  • ·
    1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • ·
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • ·
    3/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • ·
    1/4 tsp black pepper
  • ·
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
  • ·
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • ·
    6 chicken breasts

How to Make Brown Sugar and Spice Baked chicken!

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 425F
    Combine the spice mixture in a small bowl.
    Coat the chicken thoroughly with it.
    Place on a rimmed baking sheet.
    Bake about 20 minutes. It depends a little on your oven and the size of the breasts.
