I don't remember where I got this recipe from, but have had it for years and its so good, especially w/ some wild rice. I think it was from a lady at my church.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1-1/2 teaspoon finely chopped chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
- 1-1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon light molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
How To Make broiled chicken in spicy orange sauce

Step 1Preheat broiler. Lightly spray a broiler rack w/ cooking spray, preferably olive oil. In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, chiles, vinegar, molasses and mustard.

Step 2Sprinkle chicken w/ salt. Place chicken on broiler rack. Broil chicken for 2 mins. Turn chicken over and brush w/ the glaze.

Step 3Broil for 4 mins, brushing w/ glaze again. Turn chicken over once more, brush w/ glaze and cook about another 5 mins or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
