I don't remember where I got this recipe from, but have had it for years and its so good, especially w/ some wild rice. I think it was from a lady at my church.

orange juice concentrate, thawed
1-1/2 tsp
finely chopped chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
1-1/2 tsp
balsamic vinegar
1 tsp
light molasses
1/2 tsp
dijon mustard
1/8 tsp
2 large
boneless, skinless chicken breasts

How to Make Broiled chicken in spicy orange sauce


  • 1Preheat broiler. Lightly spray a broiler rack w/ cooking spray, preferably olive oil. In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, chiles, vinegar, molasses and mustard.
  • 2Sprinkle chicken w/ salt. Place chicken on broiler rack. Broil chicken for 2 mins. Turn chicken over and brush w/ the glaze.
  • 3Broil for 4 mins, brushing w/ glaze again. Turn chicken over once more, brush w/ glaze and cook about another 5 mins or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
