Brine Chicken Kabobs
1 lbboneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1" pieces
1each red, orange,green bell pepper in 1" pieces
1 largered onion cut in 1" pieces
1sweet pineapple diced in1" chucks
2 cof brine
How to Make Brine Chicken Kabobs
- brine chicken breast for at least 6 hours, remove and rinse. Pat dry.
- cut vegetables and pineapples into chunks. start arranging the kabobs, chicken, vegetable, then chicken, then pineapple repeat step until at least 3 pieces of chicken is on skewer.
- clean and oil your grill. cook about3 to 4 minutes on each side or until fully done
