Ingredients
- 1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon granulated onion
- 2 teaspoons dried lemon zest
How To Make breading for chicken parmesan

Step 1Mix all ingredients together. Can be stored in freezer. When ready to use, pound chicken breast out thin. Dredge chicken with flour, egg, then breadcrumb mixture. Fry in olive oil 3-4 minutes on each side or until browned.

Step 2Cook chicken in batches. Pre-heat oven to 200 degrees and place a metal rack on a baking sheet to keep cooked cutlets warm.
