Ingredients
- 4-6 - boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup italian seasoned panko
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons dry oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 - eggs
- 1 - envelope of italian salad dressing mix
- 1/2 cup olive oil
How To Make breaded italian chicken breast

Step 1pound each breast to about 1/4 inch thick.

Step 2in med bowl or pie tin mix dry ingredients

Step 3in a separate bowl beat eggs

Step 4dip chicken in eggs then dredge in breadcrumb mixture

Step 5heat oil on med heat and cook chicken breast until golden brown on each side. about 4-5 minutes per side.

Step 6we like to make chicken parmesan sandwiches with them. Toast some buns in the oven with a little bit of garlic butter, melt mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken before removing from your pan, add a little bit of your favorite spaghetti sauce and enjoy.
