- 2 chicken leg quarters
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 carrots peeled and cut into chunks
- 2 russet potatoes, cut into chunks

Step 1Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Step 2In the pressure cooker, using the browning option, fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides.

Step 4Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth to the pot.

Step 5Add the potatoes.

Step 6Add the carrots.

Step 7Set the temperature to High on the pressure cooker, and cook 25 minutes. Serve with a side of cranberry sauce. Enjoy your hard work. :)
