Ingredients
- 8 - boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1-1/2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 cup lower-sugar orange juice
- 3/4 cup lower-sodium chicken broth
- 12 tablespoons creole mustard, found in specialty mustard section of supermarket
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- - salt & pepper to taste

Step 1Sprinkle both sides of chicken w/ salt & pepper. Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and saute until well browned.

Step 2Add orange juice and broth. Simmer until chicken is cooked through. Transfer chicken to a plate. Add mustard, honey and hot pepper sauce to skillet.

Step 3Increase heat to high and, stirring, boil until sauce thickens. Return chicken to pan and simmer until heated through. Place chicken on plates, top w/ sauce.
