If you love chinese you will love this.Bok choy is in the cabbage family and is very healthy for u and you dont even really taste it.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 bunches chinese cabbage or bok choy, sliced
- 2 cans low sodium chicken brooth
- 1 large yellow onions diced
- 1 large green bell pepper diced
- 3 stalks celery diced
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 can baby corn spears cut in half
- 2 bags cooked chicken bite size pieces
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic from jar
- 3 tablespoons ground fresh ginger from jar
- 1/2 package spaghetti cooked
How To Make bok choy and chicken stir fry

Step 1Cook spagetti as directed breaking into one inch pieces

Step 2Wash all veggies.Cut bok choy in small pieces(leaves and stalks and all.) Turn on large pan and add 1/4 cup olive oil. let heat for one minute then stir in bok choy and chicken broth.

Step 3Chop all other veggies and add to pan .Add soy sauce, garlic and ginger. As I cook I always taste to see if this needs more of the later three then add to taste. I like alot of all three.

Step 4Cover.Cook on low till veggies are slightly crisp.

Step 5Add chicken,chestnuts,corn.heat. Add spagetti in the end stir.
