Ingredients
- 4 large chicken thighs
- 4 large chicken drumsticks
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- FOR THE SAUCE.
- 2 teaspoons rice wine
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce, low sodium
- 2 teaspoons olive oil, light
- 2 teaspoons steak sauce

Step 1Salt & pepper the chicken all over. Let sit at room temp. for 30 min.covered. Prepare grill for 2 zone heat. You want one side low heet and one side med-high heet.

Step 2Wile grill is pre-heating. In a large mixing bowl add all sauce ingredients and wisk. Mixing till smooth. Grill on med high heat with skin side down. Grill both sides till lightly brown. Abought 10 minutes Now move chicken to low heat side. Wile chicken is grilling baste both sides with sauce. Grill about 15-20 minutes,basting every 5 minuts. Till jucis run clear. Serve warm.
