Ingredients
- 2 - cut up fryer chickens
- 1/2 cup flour, seasoned
- 3/4 pound bacon
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 4oz cans mushroom pieces,drained
- 2 tablespoons parsley and thyme.
- 2 cans whole corn
- 1 - chopped gereen bell pepper
- 1 medium onion diced.
- 2 8oz cans tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce.

Step 1In a large (12-14") dutch oven cook bacon till chrisp.Put flour in a brown papper bag add chicken shake to coat chicken..Remove bacon from oven and drain on papper towl,set aside...Brown chicken in bacon drippings,Drain fat from oven..

Step 2Add tomato sauce and chicken stock,cover and simmer for 45 minutes..Remove lid,add corn,mushroom,bacon,onion,pepper, Parsley,thyme and hot sauce. Covet and simmer for abought 30 minutes more....I serve with wild rice.Or brown rice..
