Ingredients
- 6 slices uncooked bacon
- 3 1/2 pounds chicken pieces
- 6 - potatos quartered
- 1 cup sliced green bell peppers
- 1/2 cup red & yellow bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms your choice
- 2 cups sliced onions
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 tablespoon crushed rosemary and thyme
- 1 - bay leaf
- - salt and pepper to tasted
- 1 large tomato sliced
- 2 cups white wine
- 2 cups chicken stock, no salt

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 375. In a 2 quart dutch oven,( I use cast iron ),layer ingredients in the dutch oven as given. In a mixing bowl mix wine and chicken stock. Por over chicken. place the lid on the dutch oven. Put into the oven and cook for1 1/2 hours.I serve this over rice.
