Ingredients

  • 6 slices uncooked bacon
  • 3 1/2 pounds chicken pieces
  • 6 - potatos quartered
  • 1 cup sliced green bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup red & yellow bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms your choice
  • 2 cups sliced onions
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 tablespoon crushed rosemary and thyme
  • 1 - bay leaf
  • - salt and pepper to tasted
  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • 2 cups white wine
  • 2 cups chicken stock, no salt

How To Make bob's chicken with rosemery and thyme.

  • Step 1
    Pre-heat oven to 375. In a 2 quart dutch oven,( I use cast iron ),layer ingredients in the dutch oven as given. In a mixing bowl mix wine and chicken stock. Por over chicken. place the lid on the dutch oven. Put into the oven and cook for1 1/2 hours.I serve this over rice.
